Our Staff

Executive Director: Tanteneya Harpe

Tanteneya Harpe has 5 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disability. She worked as a Continuous Quality Assurance Manager for a several years with Generations Adult Day Services and a Personal Support Staff. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Mass Media from Valdosta State University and a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. Her passion involves knowing that she is making a difference in the lives of people receiving services.

Casework Supervisor: Kimberly McCoy-Hollis                          

Kimberly McCoy-Hollis has been working in the field of healthcare and in the intellectual disability population for over 20 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in Human Services and a Master’s degree in Human Services Administration from Rochville University. She loves the individuals she places.

Assistant Director: Phoresha Horne

Phoresha Horne has been working in the field of healthcare for about 3 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bethune-Cookman University. She is currently pursuing a master in psychology from Capella University. She has worked as a caseworker for 2 years. Phoresha has a passion for children!

HR Director: LaTanya Grimsley

Latanya Grimsley has 13 years of administrative experience. She served for 8 years as the Supervisor at the Henry County Judge of Probate Office in Abbeville, Alabama. She attended the University of Phoenix and received her Associate of Arts degree in Business and her Bachelor of Science degree in Management.
